“Mr Ordijhe Mike who was to travel to Italy was found concealing the substance in his suitcase,” DCI said in a statement.
The suspect is in lawful custody as further analysis of the substance is ongoing.
DCI has intensified their fight against drug trafficking by arresting suspects and seizing drugs at the airport.
On October 14, the detectives nabbed an unestablished amount of heroin and marijuana at JKIA following a tip-off.
The illegal substances were confiscated after the detectives conducted a search at Cargo Shed which is located in DHL Warehouse within the airport.
The drugs were stashed in buttons of clothes for personal use that were in transit from Juba, South Sudan to Cambodia.
The second consignment had a dress concealing marijuana which was en-route to France from Entebbe, Uganda.
