Kenyans reacts to Coronavirus outbreak scare after the government allowed flights from china

The move by the government of Kenya to allow flights from China into the country despite the scare of Coronavirus outbreak has elicited mixed reactions among Kenyans.

Kenyans took to social media to express their disappointment over the matter saying the government is risking Kenyans lives at large by allowing flights from the Coronavirus affected country.

A section of them are questioning why was the government allowing the flights yet they had not evacuated some Kenyans stucked in China.

Others are even joking that the government can’t ban the flights since Kenya is indebted to China .

The Health ministry on Thursday gave an update on preparedness for a coronavirus outbreak, saying it had taken several steps to keep the public safe.

Kenyans reacted to the update saying Kenya is not able to deal with with the menace if it occurs due to weak health system in the country.
