DCI sleuths have in custody two more suspects who were caught on camera breaking into a parked vehicle in Mombasa.
Owen Joseph Malai and Patrick Anthony Mwakio were arrested at Majaoni area.
Owen is believed to have driven and parked the suspect motor vehicle Reg. No. KCX 726Q.
“Two more suspects namely OWEN JOSEPH MALAI and PATRICK ANTHONY MWAKIO have been arrested at Majaoni area. Owen is believed to have driven and parked the suspect motor vehicle Reg. No. KCX 726Q on pretex of having developed a mechanical problem,” DCI chief George Kinoti said in a tweet.

Another suspect identified as Boris Mutua was on Sunday apprehended at his Kiembeni home, where sleuths recovered the aforementioned motor vehicle.
“Following credible information from members of the public, a team of detectives lead by the CCIO Mombasa has arrested BORIS MUTUA MALAI from his home in Kiembeni and recovered a Toyota Ractis bearing Reg. No. KCX 726 Q,” DCI said in a tweet.
