Manuel Lanzini scored one of the greatest goals in West Ham’s Premier League history today.
The Argentine grabbed a dramatic injury-time equaliser at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, his outrageous long-range effort levelling the score at 3-3.
The first team in Premier League history to avoid defeat in a game having been 0-3 down as late as the 81st minute.

David Moyes’ side were 3-0 down at half-time thanks to goals from Heung-min Son and Harry Kane (two), but they pegged the score back to 3-2 in the final 10 minutes of normal time.
Fabian Balbuena grabbed the first for the visitors on 82 minutes, before Davinson Sanchez fired into his own net three minutes later.
It then looked as if the Hammers would still be going home empty-handed, until Lanzini struck in the most spectacular fashion in the 94th-minute of the match.

What makes the whole situation worse for both Tottenham and the club’s fans is the fact that Gareth Bale should have made it 4-2 shortly before Lanzini’s equaliser.
The Welshman made his second debut for the Mourinho’s side and looked certain to find the back of the net after a wonderful dribble into the box, but the former Real Madrid man fired his shot wide.
Jose Mourinho will be absolutely fuming, the quality work by his two superstar forwards – Kane and Son – undone by some woeful defending and wayward finishing late on.
Spurs are going to score many goals this season, but their ineptitude at the back means teams will always fancy their chances against Mourinho’s men.
